Jyothish Nambiar is responsible for the astrological content on this site: the detection rules, the cancellation conditions, the remedy material, and the accuracy of every citation to a classical source.
He was born and brought up in Trivandrum, the southernmost district in Kerala. From his childhood onwards, Jyothish was drawn towards astrology. He started practising astrology from 2006 onwards.
Professionally, Jyothish is a Programmer working at an MNC in Trivandrum. During his free time, he provides free consultations to his near and dear ones.

Maneesh is in fact responsible for the accuracy of the website. Thanks to his deep knowledge in astrology, which started way back in 2000.
He is a higher secondary school teacher in a Govt. school in Kollam. He teaches Maths.
What sources is the content built from?
The cancellation rules on this site are cited to named classical traditions rather than to an unattributed “classical texts”. Every one of the ten rules carries a source, and the same reference table drives both the website content and the calculation engine, so the two cannot drift apart.

Are any of these readings disputed?
Yes, and the site says so where they are. Three of the ten cancellation rules are presented as contested rather than settled: the debilitation rule, the Chandra-Mangala rule, and the one-directional design of the Navamsa rule. The cancellation rules page sets out each dispute.
Presenting a contested reading as settled is the most common failure in astrology content, and avoiding it is a deliberate editorial position here rather than an accident.
What does this site not claim?
Four things, stated plainly.
It does not claim to predict events. Mangal Dosha is a classical interpretive framework, not a forecast of what will happen in a marriage. What the evidence supports separates the astronomically verifiable parts from the interpretive ones.
It does not claim consensus that does not exist. Where traditions disagree — the 2nd house, the debilitation rule — the disagreement is documented rather than resolved by fiat.
It does not claim a professional consulting practice. This site provides a calculation and a reference, not a consultation. Nothing here substitutes for a practitioner reading a whole chart.
It does not claim its numbers are the only defensible ones. Our methodology documents every scoring decision, including the several that are choices rather than classical instruction, and labels them as such.
How is the calculation kept honest?
The engine has a regression test suite covering both the astronomy and the scoring layer, and the numeric claims in the content are checked against the engine rather than written from memory.
That matters more than it sounds. Two double-counted cancellation rules were found and removed this way — cases where a chart’s single classical fact was being credited twice under two different rule names, inflating cancellation by up to 40 points. Both are documented in the methodology rather than quietly corrected.
